Refunds Policy
Merchandise
We take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Wrong product sent
No returns or refunds will be issued for other reasons (e.g. size mismatch, change of mind). However, exchanges will be allowed only under the above specified conditions.

Registrations
All registration payments are non‑refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another Narcotics Anonymous member under these conditions:

The new registrant must be an NA member.

You must notify the Convention Committee at registration.bacna@gmail.com with:

Your registration details

Receipt number and amount paid

Full name and contact of the person to whom you wish to transfer the registration.

Once approved, the transfer will be confirmed via email.
