1. Purpose of Website
This website provides information about the Bomba Area NA Convention, including event schedules, travel details, registration, and merchandise sales. The site is for personal, non-commercial use by members and attendees of Narcotics Anonymous and the general public interested in the Convention.

2. Registration & Payments
Registration fees are processed through third-party payment gateways. BACNA does not store your credit/debit card details.

All payments for registration and merchandise are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in a refund/cancellation policy posted on the site. Registrations once paid are not refundable, however, the amount is trasferable for another member's registration.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to complete a transaction.

3. Merchandise Sales
Merchandise is sold “as is.” Descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Shipping/delivery timelines are estimates. Any issues with merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis – contact the Convention committee via the phone numbers listed on the site.

4. Travel & Committee Contact Details
Travel information (e.g., suggested routes, hotels) is provided for convenience and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. BACNA is not responsible for travel disruptions, accidents, or third-party services.

Phone contact details of committee members are for Convention-related inquiries only. Do not share, misuse, or use them for solicitation, harassment, or commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BACNA, its officers, committee members, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, attendance at the Convention, purchase of merchandise, or reliance on any information provided (including travel details).
